When I go for a walk at lunch time or even walk from my office to my parking lot in the afternoons, my calves get really, really cramped and hurt.. I even try stretching a bit before I go but it doesn't help........any suggestions or explanation.?Health Question & Answer

Stand facing a wall, put one foot as verticle as possible against the wall and lean into the wall for a comforting stretch.. This works the back of the leg.. To work on the opposite side, find something to slip your foot under and flex your foot upward..Health Question & Answer
