How do I get rid of this bad gut feeling?!

You could try peppermint oil and add some to water
and drink it.. Or even some peppermint tea..
Peppermint is a natural stomach relaxer..

Omigod........I HATE that.. It's like you were supposed to do something important, but you didn't........or you did something you weren't supposed to do......or like you forgot something very important.. I don't know what causes it........never seems to be a specific cause.. But it is miserable.. I wish I could tell you how to stop it, but I just don't know..........I know after a good night's sleep it is usually gone in the morn.. Hopefully yours will be gone tomorrow..
