And what I mean by this, is do you sleep on your belly or on ur back.?
Well In use to sleep on my back, but when puberty came around I would get b0ners/erections when I would wake up...... And My mom would wake me up for school...... So i wouldn't want my mom to see you know what...... So from then on I would sleep on my belly, to this day i still sleep on my belly, for me its more comfortable........ I have always been more comfortable sleeping on my belly.. Still sleeping on your side or on your back is better for you.. If you do sleep on your stomach use a pillow( I don't I hate using pillows) but only so there is a slight incline and try to alternate which side your head is turned.. Health Question & Answer
