Yeah, it's safe.. Your skin is an external surface, whether it's on your face or your arm.. I've actually found it to be pretty helpful against acne.. Just make sure not to get it in your mouth or eyes, which you seem to already understand.. But only do a little---I found that its smell can be really intoxicating when it's right in your face and it's not good for you to inhale a lot of it.. Health Question & Answer
