It is a bad idea to use ANY sleeping pills, including those you can buy over the counter.. The body quickly becomes dependant and their stimulus to allow you to fall asleep, ( it only takes about 3 nights in a row!) and you have evn more difficulty sleeping without them than you did pre-medication..Health Question & Answer
