Terrible PMS (please help!)??!

I've been constipated for a little while now & I feel like what are menstrual cramps instead of the constipation cramps & I feel extremely hot & a little nauseated.. & lately when I go to the restroom, I've noticed that there is a little bit of blood in my urine (looks like spotting).? I've been taking fiber supplements & I'm not due for my period until August 23, but could this be due to the constipation or is it an early onset of my period.? I'm pretty positive that they are not hemorrhoids because they are not coming out from the back.. I'm also highly fatigued....
