Question: I took off my cast,but it feels kinda stiff.?
I was wearing my cast for 1month but the doctor said i only have to wear it for 3 weeks to let it heal,I'm supposed to go to the doctors on the 28th but i said to my self,"thats too long"so i just took it off my self ,when i took off my cast....I was kinda walking but it feels kinda stiff......is that normal.?Health Question & Answer
