Having a sleeping/pillow problem...?!
Question: Having a sleeping/pillow problem.......?
Well, I'm having a problem sleeping.. I can't sleep with one pillow
only.. It's very hard for me and I usually have to bundle up
my second pillow to be able to go to sleep..
Now it's getting worse.. I can't go to sleep
with my two pillows now either.. I'm always moving
around in my bed and it's very uncomfortable..
Is this because I'm asthmatic.?
Thanks,
Khris

Pillows.. I think it's perfectly normal.. About the two pillows.. I generally keep alternating between none, one and two - so......
As for the uncomfortable bit - Mattress problems.? Back problems.?
Or you're turning into an insomniac...... Then try the whole 'soothing music before sleeping', partial meditating, no tv or computer on and a really really long boring fat book..
It works..
As for being asthmatic - well - I'm one - and unless I'm having an attack or on the verge of one it has never interfered with my sleeping-pillow-blanket-mattress equation..
Unless I'm trying to smother myself in my sleep...... Hmm.. Ah..
If you're unwell - then - well - take medication/preventive and get well soon :)
As a side note - change in weather temperature brings on a slight wheeze for me - so - maybe that could be bothering you.?Health Question & Answer
