Question: What can i do if a doctor told me that i was healed but i still felt pain, and i was not healed.?

I fractured my foot about a year ago, and i went to the foot doctor.. I was going there for about 7-8 months and I was given an removable cast.. They took X-rays the first visit and the last.. The Doctor said that i healed fine.. I called because i still had pain and he said it was due to my weight.. I went to another doctor and they said it was never healed.. CAN I SUE .?.?.?.?
