Why do these joints crack?!
Question: Why do these joints crack.?
Okay, not to be gross, but the joint that conjoins my leg to my crotch cracks all the time.. If I don't crack it, it feels like I can't move it out all the time.. I don't force them to crack, they just do when I move..
I do cheerleading if that has anything to do with it..

I'm 29 years old but back in the day was a cheerleader for 6 years.. ( and cheerleading is a SPORT ) Cheering is very hard on your joints.. You describe what is air in your joints.. By releasing this air there is no problem.. But with pain, you may have some degeneration that will need some help.. Sometimes some shots to the joints do the trick.. See and Orthopedic doctor (bone doctor) they can do x-rays and see whats going on and if its serious.. Even though its usually not.. Health Question & Answer
