i had 3 attempts of an epidural and mine was still a bit sore for about 3-4 months afterwards, it did get better but was still a bit tender..
i would take a visit to the doctor or ask your health visitor to have a look, you may have a little infetion in, or maybe your clothes have been rubbing on it and you just need to cover it up for a while.. it is normal for it to still be a little bit tender at 15 weeks but it should be feeling better than when you had it..
epidurals do take a long time to recover from, after mine healed i then got back ache for a while after aswell..
Dont worry to much about it though, if it was serious you wouldnt be able to walk.. a health visitor or doctor will be able to put your mind at rest and advise any pain killers or dressings for your back, if it is an infection a simple course of medicine will sort it out..
the after effects of an epidural arn't the nicest in the world but it does get better :-)Health Question & Answer

It's not normal but it can happen.. I would advise you to ask a health visitor or other health professional at an informal level..
When I was twelve I had an injection in one of my buttocks.. It hurt badly for months afterwards and I developed a fear of having injections in places where I can't see..
What happened in my case and I think is likely to have happened in yours, is that a surface nerve was damaged by the needle.. Such damaged nerves slowly die and are replaced by new nerves.. This process can take up to 18 months but between 4 and 6 months is more likely..Health Question & Answer
