Well your tailbone is right above your buttcrack so that is what I would say this medium size bump is.. You could have bruised it someway......have you fallen on your bum lately or bumped into something.? Maybe you were sitting for a very long time on a hard surface and sometimes that can cause irritation of your tailbone, especially if you are thin.. If you dont see improvement in a week I would go see a doctor just to make sure its nothing serious which it shouldnt be..Health Question & Answer
