Why do my ribs hurt when I run?!


Question: Why do my ribs hurt when I run.?
Whenever I run for awhile my right side ribs start to hurt.. Its a sharp pain and it only hurts whenever I breath.. After a few minutes it finally stops..
Why is it.?
What should I do so it wont happen.?
also my mom said that it happened when she was younger too, so could it be genetics.?Health Question & Answer

It happens to me every time I run.. Someone told me that if I keep running it will stop, but it didn't help only made it worse.. Sorry couldn't be of more help.. Health Question & Answer
