My arm has scratches from a long time ago, and they turned into scars.. Now, they won't go away.. Health Question & Answer

Mederma is a great product to fade scares (old OR new).. Vitamin E has also been reported to help, though I'm not sure there is "conclusive" evidence to that end.. Best of luck!Health Question & Answer
