Why does my shoulder hurt when i move it in certain directions?!


Question: Why does my shoulder hurt when i move it in certain directions.?
idk how it happened, but all last night and this morning,somethings wrong with my shoulder.. Whenever i try to move it in certain directions, it starts to feel really weird and i can't move it any futher.. It feels like it has something to do with screwed up joints.. My shoulder is usually fine, so what the heck is this feeling from.?Health Question & Answer

You may have strained it somehow and forgot you did it.. It could also be a torn rotator cuff.. I'd get it checked out if you're still sore tomorrow..Health Question & Answer
