Question: My big toes feel numb after football practice.......?.?.?
We started football practice monday.... well after tuesday (yesterday) i noticed my big toes felt numb like they were asleep.. well they still feel numb today after practice.... I'm a lineman so i lean on my toes a bit but i don't know why they would feel numb...... any ideas of what the deal is.?Health Question & Answer

You probably aren't getting enough blood to them.. Try loosening your cleat and/or socks and see if it helps.. If it continues, I would recommend seeing your doctor..Health Question & Answer
There is a chance that during practice you pinched a nerve in your back.. Keep an eye on it and if it persists - see your doctor..Health Question & Answer
