There was a little blood she can hear her balance is fine her ear hurts of course, i gave her sachet of calpol which has eased her pain.. The question is should i take her to hospital she is 5Health Question & Answer

I would unless you see the ear is clearly from the skin of the ear/cut or something.. If you don't see the location and looks like it's coming from the inner ear, i'd take her in.. You could have punctured the tympanic membrance (or ear drum).. Health Question & Answer
If it seems like the blood is from a cut inside of her ear, then you probably don't need to.. But if there's probably no cut in there, this is really bad.. When people's ears bleed it's a sign of damage to the brain in some way or another, and in that case, you should bring her to the hospital immediately..
