Question: Have i sprained my knee.?

i just stood up from a sitting position, screamed cried alot and then my dad told me to rest it.. i now cant bend my knee, its only been an hour or so but ive got work (in a hotel restaurant) soon (12) and need to know whether anyone else had done this and how soon it felt better to walk on it!Health Question & Answer
