Question: I hope this won't be deleted this time..I'm going to have the screws and plate in my foot taken out...?

Could anyone with the same experience tell me if my ankle will be weak.. I stand on my feet all day at work and I'd really like to know I'll do better when they're removed...? Thanks in advance for your help!!!
