Get it checked by a doctor or at the hospital.. You have to get it xrayed to make sure it's all there, sometimes when bones break they can send a piece through the body and you wouldn't even know it.. This can cause serious problems.. Keep as motionless and straight as possible and take pain killers
If you have to move:
Find something straight like a board or branch and tie your limb to it
(if it's not a limb that's broken, just don't move..)
