I'm having horrible pains?!


Question: I'm having horrible pains.?
So today I went to the gym and I worked on my leg muscles ONLY..
And now part of my stomach are killing me..
On my side it hurts where my lungs are but to the side of me..
And also underneath my chest it hurts..
Did I strain something.?
