Hey, scoliosis basically means your spine is curved.... instead of being straight down yur back, it goes in an S shape.. Though because yours is concave to the right side, that probably means its more like a reversed S shape..
Lumber lordosis...... well this is normal, everyone has a lordosis, sit against a chair, and place your hand in at your lower back...... you know where your hand fits.? well that gap is a lordosis.. Because you have a loss of normal lordosis, you probably dont have a big gap here (which is caused by your pelvis tilted) or else you have too much of a tilt..
