Question: Why is this magnesium citrate not working.?
ok so I am having surgery in the morning and my doctor told me that if I drank some magnesium citrate that it would help the surgery.. It has yet to make me use the bathroom.. I have drank 7 fl.. oz of it already.. I started drinking it at 3.. Is this ok.? Health Question & Answer

Keep drinking water & exercise.. Getting the body moving helps the bowels work better.. Be physically active in some way- that ought to help..Health Question & Answer
