i felt comfortable in high heel shoes but i read an article saying that high heel shoes are not good....it can lead to many kinds of sickness....is this true.? is it true even if i'm wearing a high quality one.? for example crocs....Health Question & Answer

Crocs aren't high quality anything..
I take that back -- high quality crap..
Anyway, high heels depend on the person.. Of course they're going to smash your bones into a compacted little ball of mush, but if they don't hurt, don't worry..

im pretty sure walking around on permanent forcing tip-toe is going to damage your arch or something...... but its only if you are absuing the shoe..
