I just feel so bad...?!

I dont know whats wrong......i was at work yest and i started feeling bad and then last night i feel asleep on the couch and woke up feeling miserable.. My throat hurts to bad, body hurts, and it feels like someone punched me in the face.. I took sudafed and still---no help.. I tried to eat some chicken noodle soup and it tasted gross........is there something going around.? Ughh i dunno if i need to go to the doc or not.. i missed work today.. i woke up at 9:30 and went back to sleep around 1015am and slept til 3..Health Question & Answer
