What to do when you accidentally kill someone when they break into your home?!

If someone has broken in and you are in fear for your life there is no accident in killing them to defend your life or your family.

Some states and local areas frown on killing intruders but almost all places in the u.s. recognize that self defense is just that... self defense.

If someone has broken into your home then you have every right to defend yourself. If I was in that position and I saw the intruder with lethal weaponI would try to call the cops or I would shoot to disarm but not to kill. If I did not see any weapon and they where rumbling through my stuff then I would call the cops or scare them out.Health Question & Answer
