going #2 and then afterward felt fine.? This doesn't happen to me often but I don't understand why it does at all.Health Question & Answer

Your bowels move along the waste by peristalsis, a pulsation along the length of the bowel. So does your whole digestive system. Another thing that helps propel the stool is gas. You may feel a bit of nausea from that movement and the gas just before you feel the need for a BM. It is normal.Health Question & Answer
That has happened to me! I think it is b/c of all the pressure inside that either you have to poop or throw up. Then when it is released you feel better.Health Question & Answer
