Clicking noise in ear?!

Question: Clicking noise in ear.?
Hi, I was wondering if someone could tell me what this strange clicking noise is in my ears (it is the same sound that one hears when swallowing or yawning from my understanding). I can make the sound on command meaning without yawning or swallowing (dont ask how, I just can), is this normal or at all harmful.?Health Question & Answer

I can do it too, i think its pretty much normal. but when i ask my friends about it they all think I'm crazy! At least its not TMJ or whatever its calledHealth Question & Answer

It's the Temporal-Mandibular Joint (where your jaw attaches to the skill). If it's clicking, your jaw is not opening evenly--problems with this joint can cause very bad pain (like a migraine). Talk to your dentist about it to catch it early.Health Question & Answer

don't worry that's completely normal, it happens to me too

it's just a pop that releases pressure for eg if ur on an aeroplane and u swallow, u hear a click, which releases the built up pressure Health Question & Answer

Does it hurt.? Is it only when you open your mouth.? If so, then your jaw might be out of alignment. If neither of these apply, it could possibly be a bug. Health Question & Answer

your transponder summoning the mothership has been activated. it wont do any good to try and hide ... they know where you are now.Health Question & Answer
