Question: How do I get rid of working out muscle pain...?
Im in cross country for about 2 days.. today would be the second.. since i join lated i didnt warm up or anything i went straight to the workouts everyday... my thighs hurt and around ab area... i know that its good becuz one it stop hurting im gonna get stronger... but isnt there anything to reduce the pain...like serious pain i know its not like anyhting fatal becz.. its not only me.. but i hink mine hurt the most cause out of all the people i try to push my myself the most.. our school is a fast school so yehHealth Question & Answer

Stretch regularly, like once every hour or so...the muscle was probably pulled a bit and keeping the blood flowing through it will help it heal faster feel better.Health Question & Answer
