when i wake up sometimes i wake up with leg cramps.will anyone help me.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
when you have a cramp at night, just squeeze your calf muscles firmly in a circular direction and stretch your calf gradually. it will temporarily relieve you. take calcium and potassium rich foods like milk, dates, greens, fruits and vegetables. do your regular fitness exercises and make a walking as your one of the daily activity. get well soon. Health Question & Answer

You are probably having nocturnal leg cramps. They suck, I know. I get them from time to time. Their duration is highly variable, sometimes only lasting a few seconds and other times several minutes. They can however vary in intensity from mild to incredibly painful. Sometimes its because of dehydration or simply lack of muscle movement. It's not bad, they just aren't any fun. Other than walking them off & massaging the muscle, there's not much that will stop it... although drinking water immediately sometimes helps me.
