What is the lump on my piercing?!
Question: What is the lump on my piercing.?
I have a lip piercing, and for some reason there is a lump sticking out behind it.
It kind of looks liek cartilage you get on chicken.
I have a picture, but i wouldn't reccomend it for the fainthearted.
can anyone tell me what is is, or what i acn do about it.?

It looks like it is just a part of skin. Does it hurt.? How long have you had the piercing.? It may be nothing, but you should get it checked. Health Question & Answer
It might be an abscess or a pocket full of puss. If you wash it every day and rinse your mouth after you eat, that may help. It may depend on how old you piercing was. you should go to the tattoo parlor and have them check it out. Good Luck.Health Question & Answer
