I am wanting to fo to the miliatary an I was in the springwood an I was wondering how do you know if it is on your records they told me it wasn't on them an I was in their for like three days an I never got any meds prescribed to me or nothing so would it be on my records or notHealth Question & Answer

but think about any paperwork you had to fill out, they probably keep records of that but I think anyone who wanted to find it would have to check that specific hospital to get them.
