I think 8-9 hours is a healthy amount of time to sleep. I think after a certain amount of time your sleep cycle restarts. Meaning if you sleep like 12 hours, after 9 or 10 hours, the amount of how refreshed you will feel is restarted. But i don't know, just something a teacher told me.
