what do i do.? it hurts!! I hate popping knuckles.

If it hurts why do you do it.?
I popped mine for years.(about 40 years) Don't know why I quit it was not a conscious effort. I do know it does not make your knuckles bigger, nor does it cause arthritis. I am 63 so I am not like a teen telling you this it is life experience.Health Question & Answer
