Circles in vision????!

Question: Circles in vision.?.?.?.?

So sometimes when I look up from watching TV or something at a blank wall I see like a many circles around each other moving around and/or pulsating. THIS IS FREAKING ME OUT. What could it be and should I see an eye doctor.?Health Question & Answer
