Having back pains plz help!?!
Question: Having back pains plz help!.?
i have these lower back pains never my ribs. it hurts when i sit sometimes or when I'm uncomfortable... ive been putting some icy hot cream (i used the heat patches but the come off easily) it works for a couple of hours but then comes back! my question is should i see a chiropractor and if so how much do they charge i how no insurance! thanx for the help!Health Question & Answer

NEVER APPLY HEAT ALWAYS ICE , I HAVE BEEN OUT ON DISABILITY FOR 9 YEARS AND HAVE HAD 2 BACK SURGERIES THAT WENT WRONG , I HAVE BEEN STUDYING THE SPINE FOR YEARS NOW , NEVER THAT ICYHOT STUFF THAT MAKES YOU SWELL UP AND THEN YOUR MUSCLES AND DISC PRESS ON THE NERVE ROOTS IN YOUR SPINE , TRY APPLYING ICE IN 20 MINUTE INCURMINTS, YOU WILL FEEL BETTER NOMATTER HOW BAD YOUR BACK IS , SEE A DOCTOR WHEN THE PAIN TRAVELS DOWN YOUR LEGS.

Try using therma care heat pads you could find them anywhere usually drugstores, they aren't too pricey either they really work and ease cramps or any other pain, if that doesn't work ask a chiropractor Health Question & Answer
