im so tired all of the time. and going to school literally drains me of energy. im always on the move and doing stuff... but i need a way to get more engery. engery drinks are out of the question... i even sleep all night, but then when i wake up, it feels like i havent sleep at all, when i actually slept for around 9 hours. how can i get mroe energy, and not feel so tired.?Health Question & Answer

- try sleeping at least 9 hours every night, keep it consistent
- in the morning, before you go to school.. do you eat breakfast.? if you don't.. i highly suggest that you do, it really helps!! well for me anyway lol

you need to go to the doctor and get checked out. you may have a disorder. there are more factors that play a role in your tiredness, not just how much you sleep. ask for a blood test.Health Question & Answer
