I wish there was because I've had such an experience with an arrogant doctor who told me my pain was just "in my head" or "anxiety." I've gone so far as to e-mail attorneys with no response. You can, however, file a complaint against your physician: http://www.querycat.com/faq/17a49a8b67ad...

If this link doesn't work for some reason, go to google and type in "How can I file a complaint against my physician.?"

No! Dr.'s who treat you determine your pain level by asking key questions and prescribe accordingly, they might say take an aspirin when the pain gets bad. If your refused treatment it may be because of inability to pay. Not because your in pain. Health Question & Answer

No, if you're not happy, change doctors. You can't sue him if he hasn't harmed you. Stop trying to make a quick buck. Thats why insurance is so expensiveHealth Question & Answer

no. They would have to do something bigger then that. That stuff happens all the time. Plus try to prove that.Health Question & Answer
