Recently dislocated my knee cap?!
Question: Recently dislocated my knee cap.?
It happend this 3rd of september I have a brace on and I walk around with it on should I just be resting my leg. I also bend my leg a little when im on my computer should I just be resting it.?Health Question & Answer

i was in your same position. i know how much pain it hurts. i played socr & did the same damage i used dencorub wen i was resting it for a bit had to use a brace aswell still do now but i went and saw the physiotherapist he helped me out he gave me these exercises which help my knee recover i had a slightly different situation to yours, my muscles in the knee had failed and they were in as much pain as dislocating seriously like oich! but yeh go to the physio and he/she will seriously help. & it is painful but after sorta a long time it comes good but i suggest still use the knee brace wen doing sumthing that would make your joints in your knee move fast i still have to in soccer and it helps it keep it in place.Health Question & Answer
The best thing to do now is chop it off. Then plant some Oak tree seeds in your remaining part and grow a big powerful oak tree leg.Health Question & Answer
