Joint pains in my knees and shoulder joints?!

Question: Joint pains in my knees and shoulder joints.?
I am 30 year and 92 kilos of weight.
I occasionally get these joint pains. They ache like hell, some time I get the pain in my all knees, some times on shoulder joints.
It stays for two days some time or some time it takes one day to get cured... even if I take pain killers, they won't work...
I am having this problem from the age of 15. as these pains are coming occasionally I have not taken much care on this,
but now days I am getting these pain more frequently.
What kind of disease is this.?
What is the reason for this disease.?
How to get rid of this.? Please help me.

I would say that the pain in your knees, maybe it is connected in someway with your weight- but because you've had them since you were young Im not sure. visit your GP or chiropractor, they may be able to offer you a better diagnosis and course of treatment if applicable.Health Question & Answer

I would say you have what's commonly called osteo-arthritis in the degenerative stages. There's a number of things you can do for this. One is condroitin it's an over the counter supplement that your body produces, it's also a natural pain reliever.

See your doctor or an rumatologist for help. After MRI's to see how bad and what, they can then see what will help you.
I have this myself in the severe stages along with neurological degeneration. I am on a drug maintenance program, had surgery twelve times.
I'm on Vicodin but for pain, it doesn't seem to help the legs or knees so, I take Requip for that, it works wonders.

You can try heat or ice, the former usually works best. some mild exercise may help. Health Question & Answer
