Question: Help! I have a rotten cold and I don't know what do do!.?

I am super sniffly, sneezy, snaughty, I have a sore throat, and I cannot smell or taste. I need my taste back by Saturday because there is an event that I have been looking forward to that I go to every year and I love the food. This year I am going with my first boyfriend.
