Headache troubles help?!
Question: Headache troubles help.?
I have had a headache on and off for the past week, starting this past Saturday, it comes and goes, and is like a dull, pressure like ache in the front on my head, particuarly around my eyes, I have been using Tylenol and Head On, that helps temporarily, it is making me feel so run down and out of it. How do I get rid of it permanantly.? Yesterday I was really congested in the morning too, and it seems like the headaches are worse in the morning and as the day progresses they generally improve.Health Question & Answer

Have you had your eyes checked lately for glasses or a new prescription.?, under different stress lately, eating different food (food allergy), washing in different detergent, pollen.
Keep thinking, maybe you can come up with something you are doing differently, exercising...sleeping less/more, different schedule. (did you get a new pillow with a different filling).?
Your headaches are not that severe.. I have migraines, with your congestion, sounds like an allergy to something.
