Need some good advice on where i can get a draining needle. What is the best place.?.?.? I have a knee injury and it swells up a lot. Alredy been to the doctor and they said that once it is drained it will just swell right back up....But that is ok by me. I just want to be able to drain it when it gets really bad!!! Totally NOT a good idea to do it by yourself! If you did, you are risking a serious infection.

You need a qualified physician to drain it ... this isnt something you can do on your own without serious consequences! What you really need to do is find out why your knee is swelling and address that problem. Health Question & Answer
