Question: I took benadryl and haven't felt good since.?
I took benadryl one night, not to help me sleep, but because I was having a lot of drainage. I haven't had any congestion since, but I've felt like I'm in a fog since I took it (two nights ago). For a little bit I thought I had the flu cause I was so tired, but I'm not sick! Help.?.?Health Question & Answer

benadryl can make you feel very drowsy, i have felt that way before and learned my lesson form taking it unless i am going to bed. try taking claritin, it cost a little bit more but get the non drowsy, it will probably work better for you.Health Question & Answer
