colored tape, stickers, hot glued fake gemstones, simple glues and glitter, tassels, etc. . . .my little sister would make decorating your crutches a two team contest at a girl scout meeting :)Health Question & Answer

You could paint them. Or decorate them with colored tape, my friend from school did that it looked really cool. It was like stripes... theres colored duck tape that they sell at Walmart and stuff. also, you can buy stickers even having your friends and you draw on then with sharpie would be cool :) good luck!

you could cut up some funky socks/legwarmers/tights and put them over it or lots of different colour hairbands
