Question: My knee hurts...sharp pain.?

Okay, this is very weird. About an hour ago, my knee started hurting. It's a sharp paint I feel underneath the knee cap. Nothing happened to it. I didn't run, play soccer, football, or anything. Sat down, then it started to hurt when I stood up. It's a sharp pain and I can feel it whenever I move my legs. Doesn't hurt TOO much. It's just annoying.

You could have irritated a nerve around that area when trying to get up from the chair (an example only).
