Question: Having Headache That is killing me.?
Every Time I get nervous Im havin a real sever headache And it never calm down till i take a medication , It can stay for Hours ... The Pain Is In alll Part Of My head , Everywhere and the feelin as there is stabbing in my head... The Headache AffectS My ears ( Pain) And the area Behing My ears Beside The Back Neck And The left and write part of the neck... Beside tht The pain is exteneded to My cheek and Im having red cheek .... and I feel as Im bit lost , Beside the pain extends to my eyes 2....

could be a tension headache or migraine. But for both i use excedrin migraine excedrin tension migraine. If u are extremely worried it could be something serious get an appt with your dr. If u dont want to use otc medications try an ice pack. I put on on my forehead for ten minutes and then transfer it to the back of my neck for another ten minutes. Always make sure u r well hydrated and are drinking alot of water as this can also cause headaches. some foods can trigger migraines too such as chocolate and avocados.
