Why is thumb cold? Is it due to swelling of arm and puffy palm.?!


Question: Why is thumb cold.? Is it due to swelling of arm and puffy palm..?
My question relates to my other question about my hand being swollen. But my palm is more puffy and my thumb is cold and hurts to move.

Most likely it is due to know circulation..
but I am not sure..

try to move it around it u can without hurting..
