I can't breathe properly and it's having a major affect on my ability to speak meaning that i talk funny and it preventing me from eating properly and well i just want to get rid of it before i go to bed tonight.I hate having blocked noses especially when one nostril is blocked and the other clear.It's just as bad as blocked earsHealth Question & Answer

have you got any Vick's - you can melt it in hot water and inhale it to clear your nose, if not you can just do this with steam and it works wonders. blow your nose, sleep higher on pillows, put some Vick's close by you, keep your room warm but ventilated, take paracetamol and rest Health Question & Answer

Try boiling a large pot of water, then pouring it into the bathroom sink, putting a towel over your head and breathe in the steam for at least 5-10 minutes. Make sure you have plenty of kleenex there, so when the clog starts breaking up you can blow your nose!Health Question & Answer
