Other than a narcotic pain reliever, try an ibuprofen, it is also an anti inflammatory. You best get to the dentist, ask if they can work with you on payments. I know it's tough but go to the dentist. It will be worth it in the end, considering this is probably a cavity that has just been rotting, next will be tooth decay.
